For the production of our noble vinegars, only single-variety quality wines and fully ripe fruits from Austria are processed and ripened to the peak of taste - without artificial flavors or additives!
We obtain our olive oil from one of the most outstanding producers of organically produced olive oils. In Alatri, Italy, Americo Quattrociocchi is dedicated to cultivating the finest olive oils.
Balsamic vinegars
Grüner Veltlinerbalsam
Spicy Veltliner vinegar and fruity grapes give this vinegar specialty a sweet note. Ideal for seasoning radishes and asparagus. Excellent for rounding off fish and light meat sauces, for sauce hollandaise and mayonnaise. Goes perfectly with crispy leaf salads.

Rieslingbalsam

Wachauer Marillenbalsam
This highly aromatic vinegar specialty is made from the famous Wachau apricot. Refined with pure fruit concentrate, this vinegar is characterized by a velvety aroma and intense fruitiness. Cold extracted - first quality from organic cultivation. The Quattrociocchi family has been producing oil since 1888. The olives are traditionally harvested by hand and pressed in our own oil mill within a few hours. Artichokes, green tomatoes and avocados shape the smell and taste. A special treat with fish carpaccio and grilled fish dishes.
